Sadaf Afreen is the founder and driving force behind LME Academy Sutton Coldfield. As a highly experienced educator and a local parent herself, she has a genuine passion for helping every child build the confidence and skills they need to succeed academically and in life.

Sadaf brings a vast and diverse range of educational experience to our centre. For over 13 years, she has been a key member of the academic staff at Solihull College, supporting students in their post-16 education.
Her expertise spans the entire educational spectrum. She has worked in various school settings, from nurturing the youngest learners in Reception classes to providing tailored, inclusive support for children with disabilities. This breadth of experience gives her a unique insight into the learning journey of a child at every stage.
Her exceptional skill in mathematics was formally recognised with her appointment as the Maths Lead for Warwickshire, a prestigious role where she helps to guide and shape maths education across the region.
